Club Expectations

Every club has a list of player expectations and we are no different, however we also live by the expectations you should have of us and we will sign a coaches expectations form at the same time as the player.

Coaches Expectations of Players

• Be prompt
• Turn up with properly inflated soccer ball, water, indoor cleats and shin guards
• Treat other players and coach with respect
• Attend with an attitude to work hard

Players Expectations of Coaches

• Create a positive learning environment
• Treat players with respect
• Be approachable for player questions
• Demonstrate professional conduct at all times
• Commit to improving every player
• If a player fully participates in both training sessions they will get no less than half a game
